Season Ready Summer Program (4 weeks)




This training runs for 4 weekends in December. It includes:

1 hour beach speed and agility training 

1hr basketball skills development and conditioning 

1/2 hour shooting machine 

Total: 2.5 hours of training per session

Please note that this is a group training program. 


Saturday 1st, Sunday 2nd

Saturday 8th, Sunday 9th

Saturday 15th, Sunday 16th

Saturday 22nd, Sunday 23rd
